Everything is a Language
In a photobook, everything is a language—format, paper, binding, the book's weight, and even its sound. Each element speaks to the reader, shaping an experience that can either transport them on a journey or leave them indifferent.
Since its inception in 2012, dienacht Publishing has been dedicated to creating immersive experiences through the photobook as a medium. Among the more than 50 titles produced by dienacht are hardcover and paperback photobooks, hand-made artist books, zines, as well as publications with experimental bindings, diverse printing techniques, and unconventional materials, with print runs ranging from 10 to 1,500 copies. The exhibition presents 40 titles from the dienacht collection, along with a selection of archival issues of dienacht Magazine.
